CONDITIONS

-Service charge are covering: booking, check-in and cleaning charge for 1 room with 1 bed. Extra beds prices cleaning are based on a minimum 3 consecutive nights rental. Otherwise 1 night is + 8 $ and 2 nights is + 4 $ each extra bed.

-Our HOSTEL is a "clean and green" concept. It mean you save up to 50% on regular prices if you are clean and green.
-You only have to keep kitchen and bathroom clean and in order after every use and of course a house is shoes off.
-and evidently we invite you to save energy and recycle.

OPTIONS: If this site do not take 1 or 2 nights booking the rates are for 3 NIGHTS stay. You could book for 1 or 2 nights or get big discount for 4 night and more on our web site!

CLEAN AIR POLICY: CLEAN PEOPLE ONLY. So, please note WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT PETS AND RESERVATION FOR SMOKERS SMOKERS RESERVATION WILL BE CANCEL ON ARRIVAL WITHOUT ANY REFUND. If you are a smoker, please by civism, book into a smoker hotel. Thanks.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: (for soon check-in and late check-out)
CHECK-OUT: before 10:00.
CHECK-IN 15:00 till 20:00 (car driver 15:00 to 18:00).
CHECK-IN APPOINTMENT: PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME with the 24 hours International Metric Time. 1:00 TO 12:00 IS MORNING TIME! (if you are more than 1 hour sooner or later than appointment, please call to fix a new appointment and to keep your reservation. Otherwise your room will be set available) and waiting time is charge.
INFORMATION'S AND RESERVATIONS: Rate for each person from 9 $/day and more from our web site. Contact us before booking 2 rooms to check availability and void overbooking. No age limit. No time limit. Deposit is not refundable and minimum charge is 15 $ (or 20 $ if you need an invoice to claim to your airplane company, for example).



CANCELLATION POLICY Please tell us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change booking date. Contact us at leat 2 days before check-in date. If not, to keep our price as low as possible, we will need to charge you the 2 first nights if the cancellation notice is less than 48 hours before the check-in date or in case of no show to void vacancy and to keep our price the lowest in town. Booking date modification: adminitration fees of 10 $ each modification. 10% deposit not refundable (minimum 15 $).
Note: In case of mistake and disparity between the Internet price and office price, office price will prevail and we will tell you within 24 to 48 hours.

Late Check-in 25$/h. Night (22:00 to 9:00) check-in overtime 50$/h.
