Welcome to our apartments to share into our STRICT NO SMOKERS building. Located 5 minutes walk from Frontenac Metro station in downtown district (Ville-Marie). We are into South Centre neighbourhood. It is a residential area near downtown into a quiet and safe street. We are within few minutes distance by Metro to all the main attractions as well as boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more... and our Apartment, will allow you to be close to Montreal's trendiest spots.

BEDS: 13 beds for 11 to 24 persons in 6 rooms into 2 apartments. Note most rooms come with double beds. We could accommodate 1 up to 6 persons in one room with 3 double beds. Contact us for price and availabilities if you need more than 1 room.

CLEAN AIR POLICY: Please note we STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT PETS AND RESERVATION FOR SMOKERS AND SMOKER GUEST CANNOT SMOKE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OUR STRICT NO-SMOKING BUILDING. Why? Smelling smokers cannot share an Apt. with our distinguished no smoking clientèle representing 80 % of the population. (Do not forget, smokers have a reduce smelling sense, not the non smokers).

CURFEW WITHOUT LOCKOUT: By respect to other peoples there is a curfew (but no lock-out) as soon as someone is sleeping into the building, usually between 21 to 24 oclock. After that time every body have to be quiet. So sorry, all night party are not allowed. See other youth hostel for that kind of sleepless nights! Here nights and days are quiet!

DEPOSIT: 500 $ on credit card or cash for security

DESCRIPTION: 1929 building with wood floor and ceramic into the bathroom first floor. Concrete and wood on second floor. It is an old building but clean and cheap. Our prices are including a 100$ discount a day during the renovation of the building (no noise into the morning and night).

HOURS: We are open year-round WITH APPOINTMENT. Check-out is 11h30.
CHECK-IN time: WITH APPOINTMENT: usually between 9 am to 9 pm (local time!) Room may be available only after 12h30. But you could leave your luggage any time. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. Credit card, Paypal, Interac, cash, checks (receive one month before) accepted. Luggage storage. 24 hours emergency. No lockout. No membership card to buy!

INCLUDING: Our place is clean, and we have 6 rooms for 1 to 23 peoples. -With shared bathroom (with toilet and in bath shower), kitchen (save on restaurants fees!), telephone line (with free local calls and Canada main city calls, fax reception and answering service by phone or email), cooker, refrigerator, toasters, microwave, coffee-maker, dishes, pans, table, chairs, TV, cable High-Speed Internet and cable TV into every room, free washing machine and ecological clothes line or dryer machine! Towels. Salt and pepper! Dish and clothes soap! And weekly cleaning included!

INFORMATION'S AND RESERVATIONS: Extra from from 13 /day, 78 /week each person.

PARKING: Free and easy parking on the street but you have to move your car 4 times a week for street cleaning to void tickets from march 1st to December 1st and when they remove the snow!

ROOMS FURNITURE'S: Bed with chest of drawers, linen, pillow, telephone, desk, chair, TV, DVD in room or in living room, Internet cable, cable TV, tourism information. You may bring your own clean bed sheets or sleeping bags if you wish. With electric electronic heating in every room.

FEMALES DORMS: ARE DISCOUNTED DURING RENOVATION (Anyway place is always clean).
