The Old Mirror Lodge is known for its historic, meticulously maintained restaurant and cottages, beautiful setting and excellent fishing. Were hidden away on a bay on the Pickerel River System, just 8 miles/12 km outside Port Loring, Ontario. 50 miles of waterways to explore!
You can choose between American Plan- or Housekeeping-Packages.
We offer access to different lakes: Duck-, Dollars-, Little Long Lake and of course the Pickerel River. Catch bass, pike, walleye! Another adventure everyday!

Ontario's famous Pickerel River is approximately 200 miles (322 km) north of Toronto and flows nearly 60 miles (100 km) through the rugged terrain of the Georgian Bay forest. The upper section of the river consists of a series of interconnected lakes while the lower portion becomes more narrow as it cuts its way through the landscape top the Georgian Bay. The area is blanketed with lakes and thick forests which provide fishing that the majority of sportsmen will rarely experience. The river is a photographer's dream offering the visitor their own private playground of canoeing, hiking, mountain biking and bird watching. | | Directions | From Toronto 4 ½ hours to Old Mirror Lodge. Take Hwy 400 North and continue on Hwy 11 to Trout Creek.
Exit to Hwy 522 to Port Loring. Drive through Port Loring until you reach the Maple Drive, turn left on Maple Drive until you reach the sign "Old Mirror Lodge".
You can park your car on the upper part of the landing.
