If you cancel with 30 days notice or more your deposit less a $40.00 Cancellation Fee + the $15.00 non-refundable Processing Fee + 12% HST for a total of $61.60 will be refunded to you. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice the entire cost of accommodation is forfeited. We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payment may be made by cheque or Money Order provided full payment is received with 7 business days of making the reservation. For arrivals within 7 days of arrival, payment must be made in full by Visa or MasterCard. Payment by cheque or Money Order must be in Canadian funds. Rental Policies Making a Reservation At the time of reservation, a deposit of 50% of your accommodation cost and a non-refundable $15.00 Processing Fee +12% HST will be charged to your credit card. The balance of the accommodation cost plus 2% Municipal Tax and 12% HST where applicable and Pet Fee where applicable is payable 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your credit card at that time unless otherwise instructed by you. If you book within 30 days of your arrival the full cost of your accommodation is charged at the time of reservation.
