We are located 5 minute walk from the beach, near hiking trails, salmon fishing, whale watching (from the house or from a charter), close to spas | | Directions | Heron's Rest B&B is located approximately 55 km from Victoria and approximately 13 km west of the town of Sooke. We are located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island along the Strait of Juan De Fuca. Refer to map for details.
Driving Directions: From Victoria head North on the Trans Canada Highway. Follow the signs and take the exit to Highway Fourteen (Sooke/Port Renfrew) [called Sooke Road]. Once in the centre of Sooke continue west towards Port
Renfrew. The road is now called West Coast Road. Approximately 10 km to Otter Point Road. Turn right up the hill and left at Otter Point Place (the first left road). Follow along to Randy's Place. Additional Guests: $20/person/night for each additional guest. $10/night fee for pre-approved pets allowed in the Heron's Roost only.
Check in is between 3pm and 6pm. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged. Please phone us.
This is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas. $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside.
Free parking. Suites are not wheelchair accessible.
We will confirm your booking by email.
We will charge a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The charge will appear on your credit card as Leenterprises. The balance of your booking will be charged to the credit card you used for booking the reservation one day prior to your arrival. Please bring the same credit card you used for deposit and payment with you, along with photo ID. In order to prevent fraud, we will ask for it!
Cancellations
14 days or less $50 applicable to all days booked. This means that effective from the time of booking there will be a $50 cancellation fee. The full amount will be charged for all days of reservation received 14 days or less prior to arrival date unless we can rebook in which case we will charge a $50 rebooking fee. Full charge for no shows. No refund for early check-out unless we are able to rebook all the nights. A $50 processing fee will apply.
We are a small bed & breakfast and due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly!
