Overview

	Chickadee Acres is an approved Tourism British Columbia Bed and Breakfast.
	Our B&B is located on Billeter Ridge in the beautiful Bulkley Valley 8 km northeast of Smithers (Highway 16 - Yellowhead Route). We offer two rooms , Mountain View and International, for our guest with a shared WC/shower. Each of the rooms has wired and/or wireless internet service, mini fridge, and coffee/tea makers.
	A great place to watch birds feeding at our three feeders from our dinning room window while enjoying our Continental Breakfast and learn about the birds of north central British Columbia. Google Chickadee Acres for great pictures of birds at our feeders. On clear days you will enjoy a spectacular view of the panoramic Hudson Bay Mountain.

Location & Transportation

Chickadee Acres is on Billeter Ridge. The area is hilly covered with open spaces and surrounded by Aspen, Spruce, and Pine Forest. There will be lots of opportunity to observe wildlife.
Directions	1. Drive east of Smithers on Highway 16. 2. Turn north on Old Babine Lake Road just east of the Bulkley River Bridge (Highway 16 east of Smithers). 3. Drive 3,4 km to Billeter Road on the right. 4. Drive 2 km up Billeter Road and watch for the blue B&B sign on the right.

Payment Information

	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Chickadee Acres Bed and Breakfast.
	Credit cards accepted on location: Visa MasterCard American Express PayPal
	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) There is a $25CAD deposit required to reserve a room if contacting us. The room will be reserved when the deposit is received. Confirmation of the deposit being received will be done by email or post if there is no email address. If a room reservation is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice, there will be a full refund of the $25CAD reservation fee. There will be a 50% refund of $12.50CAD with 24 hour notice. There will be no refund with less than 24 hour notice.
